HopeKids provides ongoing events, activities, and a powerful, unique support community for families who have a child with cancer or some other life-threatening medical condition. They surround these remarkable children and their families with the message that hope is a powerful medicine. Join them for this fun event in Lakeville.

Join Family Promise in Anoka County in celebrating the Grand Opening of the new 8-unit Guest House, which will serve as temporary housing for Anoka County families experiencing homelessness. The Family Promise Guest House is more than a shelter – each unit includes its own kitchen and bathroom, allowing families more autonomy, privacy, and dignity. The trauma-informed design aspires to the hope that children may not even know their family is in a homelessness program. Join us on Tuesday, June 23 to celebrate, tour the new space, and learn more about the program vision. RSVPs are requested.

Now in its 6th year, this family-friendly event is stepping beyond the traditional walk and introducing Movement Moments— in 2025 featuring fun and accessible 15-minute sessions including Soul Line Dancing, Hip Hop Cardio, Yoga, and more. More information to come about their 2026 event.
