Matt seeks to create meaningful, long-lasting relationships with his clients, which allows for the creation of holistic, tailored plans for financial success.  It is the emphasis on relationship-building that attracted Matt to the Financial Services industry, although he took an unorthodox path to get there, along the way developing a unique perspective he now leverages for the benefit of his clients.

After graduating from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Finance, Matt joined 3M Company to pursue his dream of working in international business.  Over 20 years at 3M, he was fortunate to do exactly that, leading several global businesses and enjoying stints in St. Paul, MN; Austin, TX and Tokyo, Japan.  During this time, he also obtained an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.

Matt eventually developed a small-business itch that ultimately led to him becoming President of Sunscape Landscaping, a commercial landscaping business with operations in Austin and San Antonio, Texas.  A successful tenure at Sunscape culminated with the sale of the company and Matt’s decision to take a one-year sabbatical to spend time with his wife and children.

Upon emerging from that sabbatical, Matt and his family relocated to Minnesota, and he joined MissionBridge Wealth in 2023.  It was a homecoming of sorts for Matt, as he was raised in Coon Rapids, MN and attended high school at Totino-Grace in Fridley, before going on to St. Thomas and 3M.  He considers Minnesota and Texas both to be “home” and is serving clients in both states and beyond.

Matt and his wife, Abby, have three children, Reagan, Ellen and Warren, as well as a boxer named Nacho.  Matt enjoys physical activity, the outdoors, sports, travel, laughing, debating, cultural exchange and, most of all, spending time with family and friends.  He is usually plotting to combine as many of those things as possible.

As a Wealth Advisor, Daren has helped marriages become aligned in their financial vision since 2019. He believes money should be viewed as a tool and not the end goal. It’s more important to focus on what you do with it rather than how much you have of it. Through the formation of a financial plan, he helps his clients put their wealth on a Mission and Bridge the gap between where they’re at now and where they want to be.

Daren graduated from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul with a Bachelors in Applied Mathematics while minoring is Business. In his studies he focused on finding trends, problem solving, and analyzing outcomes. 

He was born in Prescott, Arizona but his family quickly decided cooler weather made more sense, so he spent most of his life in the city of South St. Paul, Minnesota. There he first dove into a personal relationship with God, he grew in his enthusiasm for sports (baseball, football, and basketball), he met his wife Abigail, and where their growing family of two kids (Asher & Jubilee) currently resides.

When he’s not in the office, you can find him enjoying quality time with his family and friends, taking part in anything with the word ‘game’ (whether it be board, yard, card, or video), being active in an assortment of sports (slow-pitch softball, basketball, or mountain biking on trails), and marveling in the outdoors.

As owner and founder of MissionBridge Wealth, this not only benefits his clients but our entire MissionBridge Wealth team, as well.  With 24 years of experience in the financial services industry and deep involvement in his community, he prides himself on helping others live lives of true significance.

Nick was born and raised in Andover, MN and is a graduate of Totino-Grace high school. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of St Thomas.

He is the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® professional and holds his Series 7, 66, 9,10,and MN Life & Health insurance licenses.

Community involvement is a passion of Nick’s and is highly active in the community; through his involvement in the Coon Rapids Rotary, where he has served as President, as Chairman of the Emma B. Howe YMCA Community Board and past Chair of St. Patrick’s Country Fest. Nick currently sits on the Board of Stepping Stone Emergency Housing in Anoka, is a member of the Knights of Columbus Cedar Council and is an active member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Oak Grove.

Nick and his wife Kari raise their sons Bennett and Andrew in Andover, both boys attend Totino-Grace High School.

Together the family enjoys their dogs, Hank and Gilda, cat Oppie and spending time outdoors at their lake home in Fifty Lakes, MN.

As the Client Service Associate, Siri provides the administrative, clerical, and customer service support for the office. She comes with years of experience in an office setting and always strives to provide a professional and timely experience to our clients. She has a passion for training and is committed to ensuring each client has a personable and memorable experience.

Siri was born and raised in northwest Minnesota and moved to the Minneapolis area after graduating college with a Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University, Moorhead. She is an active mom to twin boys and 5 family pets. In her spare time, she enjoys sporting events, time at the lake with friends and family, traveling, antiquing, listening to music, and is a state fair enthusiast.

Allison brings nearly 15 years of industry experience to the team. Prior to her current role supporting remotely, Allison worked at Janney Montgomery Scott. Before that, Allison worked as a senior private client associate in the Raymond James & Associates office in Atlanta. She currently holds her Series 7 and Series 66. Allison lives in Woodstock, Georgia (a suburb of Atlanta), and has been married for over 20 years. Allison has three young boys, two dogs and one cat. Allison loves to hike and be outdoors. She camps often and dreams of, one day, hiking the entire Appalachian Trail straight through.

Before joining the Raymond James team, Steve served over 12 years in the nonprofit world, most recently serving as Executive Director of the Emma B. Howe YMCA in Coon Rapids. Steve has a heart for supporting others doing good work in the community, which makes him a great fit for growing our philanthropic impact.

Born in New Jersey, raised in rural Wisconsin, and now living in Blaine with his wife Katie and two children, Bryce and Kenna, Steve enjoys connecting with people from all different walks of life. In his free time, Steve enjoys family game nights, biking, playing basketball and following his Wisconsin sports teams.
