September 28: Walk & Roll Benefitting Special Needs Programming (Jam Hope Foundation & Grace Inc)

Come attend the 2nd Walk & Roll Fundraising Event, supporting the mission to break down barriers to inclusivity for youth and adults with disabilities. 

With community support, Jam HOPE has grown exponentially over the last 3 years. As they work to expand our services, they continue to uncover additional needs for people with disabilities. Jam HOPE is working to partner with GRACE, Inc. to better serve families in need. Granting Respite And Care for the Extraordinary is a local non-profit that hosts children with special needs and their families for supported play, education, and connection. They believe joining roots and sustaining GRACE ensures hope for the journey.
